HEALING THE CUTS OF CHILDHOOD . . . My Reflections on Forgiveness
For all those who right now have deeply wounded hearts and bodies, may HIS name heal every part of your hearts, bodies, and lives. His healing love goes deeper and is forever than any wound inflicted by disease, circumstance, relationship . . . even the childhood wounds of abuse from a friend, a sister, a brother, an uncle, an aunt, a mother, a father.
How do I know? Because of HIS name He healed my own bleeding cuts of childhood. The wounds have long healed, and the scars have been smoothed away. What is left is HIS name embedded in my heart and life. As the song so beautifully says, there IS “something about His Name!” Sharon L Benedict
