May you also discover special ways to celebrate this New Years and throughout your life. So, let’s consider our last set of questions for week fifty-two of 2018, challenging us with this month’s Celebration lifeskill. Thought Provoking Questions to Ask Yourself in 2018.

Question 1: Do you celebrate the things you do have?

There a days when I am so busy with “things” and “stuff” to do, my attitude tends to be immersed in a “get it done” mindset. On those days, finding a moment to appreciate and celebrate what things I have get a little lost in the busyness. Fortunately, my body and mind remind me to “chill” and take a “gratitude” moment as often as possible. Those “gratitude” moments need to be part of all our daily routines.

Question 2: Do you ever celebrate the green lights?

The green lights in life are awesome! They are particularly celebrative when accomplishing a major project or getting an ok on something important to my work, family, and life. Now, when just waiting at the red-light signal that never seems to change fast enough, celebrating just doesn’t seem to be the immediate thought. Sometimes the thought borders on “It’s about time!” That’s when I need to remember that both red lights and green lights are all a part of life; and to celebrate both! One never quite knows how important that red light can be at that moment in a sea of traffic and racing cars! My life just may have gotten better and safer with that red-light signal moment!

Question 3: What’s your definition of heaven?

Heaven on earth is having my loving, caring husband, family, and close friends. When it comes to the Heaven above all heavens, ancient scriptures flow with beautiful scenes where all thing become new, no more tears or pain, and perfect peace. Heaven will be filled with houses built by God Himself, surrounded by vineyards and fruitful gardens. The greatest beauty of all will be to share eternity with my husband, family, and close friends of faith, all wrapped up in the loving arms of God’s presence. And let us not forget the most beautiful music will resound all around us and in us.

Question 4: When did you first realize that life is short?

There have been many times when I recognized how short life is and how fast time flies by us. Yet, I believe the first time I gave it serious thought was when I physically collapsed at a young 36 years old. That was the beginning of my wellness journey, embracing every moment as a gift to be treasured.

Question 5: What can someone do to grab your attention?

That’s easy. Just say hello. And if you don’t get my attention immediately, just start singing “Oklahoma” or “Boogie Back to Texas!”

Question 6: How would you describe your future in three words?

Hope, Faith, Love.

Question 7: When was the last time you felt lucky?

Right now! Why? Because it’s time to CELEBRATE! We have come to the glorious end of 52 weeks of 2018 powerful questions! What an amazing journey we have been on together. Be sure to drop me a note on how these powerful questions helped make your past 52 weeks shine a little brighter. Now, it’s your turn again to describe how you celebrate the things you do have, how you celebrate the green lights, your definition of heaven, when you first realized that life is short, what someone can do to grab your attention, your future in three words, and the last time you felt lucky when you think of “Celebration” and your life.
